Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 28, 2026

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FLOURish, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a business (e.g., a bakery), you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

02. Account Responsibilities

  • Tenant Owners: The primary account holder ("Owner") is responsible for all activity that occurs under their tenant workspace, including the actions of any staff accounts created under that workspace.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

03. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Billing: FLOURish is a subscription-based service. By selecting a tier (Cottage, Artisan, or Commercial), you authorize our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes are processed immediately, and any price differences will be prorated on your next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to your tenant workspace will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

04. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FLOURish to:

  • Store or transmit malicious code, viruses, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to bypass our security measures, multi-tenant isolation, or reverse-engineer the application.
  • Interfere with the performance or availability of the platform for other users.

05. Data Ownership and Portability

You retain all ownership rights to the business data (recipes, inventory, sales records) you input into FLOURish. You grant us a license to host, store, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Portability Clause: Upon cancellation of your subscription, you will maintain "Read-Only" access to your tenant dashboard for a period of thirty (30) days to allow for the manual export of your sales records and recipe data. After this period, we reserve the right to delete your tenant database and all associated records to ensure system security.

06. Limitation of Liability

FLOURish is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and data integrity, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Financial Responsibility: FLOURish is a tool designed to assist in business management. We are not responsible for business losses, tax inaccuracies, or inventory discrepancies resulting from the use of the software. Users are ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy of all financial and inventory reports generated by the system.

07. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

08. Maintenance and Infrastructure

We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or migrate your tenant data between server clusters or geographic regions at our discretion to maintain the security, performance, and availability of the service. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform such migrations during off-peak hours and provide notice for any maintenance expected to exceed a brief period of downtime.
